from AATG for their students who score at or above 70%. |

Student applications for "Study Trip Awards
must be received by the chapter testing chair(s) on this
date!!! |

Chapter testing chair(s) and chapter awards
committee interview applicants in person (in German!) or by phone
and select nominee. |

Chapter testing chair(s) sends nominee's materials
to the AATG along with a letter explaining chapter selection process
and why the chapter's nominee was chosen. These
materials must be received at AATG by this date!!!
Chapter testing chair(s) notifies all teachers and
student applicants in chapter of student status. |

National Committee meets to select
finalists. |

AATG notifies applicants of study trip awards and
sends packet of "Personalbögen," etc. to winners. |

"Personalbögen," etc. from winners must be
